I’ve washed this hoodie quite a few times now, and to be fair, it’s held up better than I expected. The print hasn’t cracked or started peeling, which was my main concern. It did shrink a tiny bit after the first wash, so that’s worth mentioning, but it wasn’t anything major or enough to bother me. Overall, I’m happy with it

Umm, customer service was a little slow getting back to me, but they did eventually reply and helped sort out the issue with my order. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just wish the responses were a bit quicker...

I got an email when I placed my order and another one when it shipped, which was nice. The tracking updates was a little slow to show up at first, but support got back to me quickly when I asked about it. Overall, the communication was good, just not totally perfect.

I ordered two mediums, and the sizing was kind of all over the place, one felt tight while the other was way too big. It was frustrating, though to be fair, the quality seemed fine and maybe I just got an odd batch

Support did end up sorting out the issue, so I’m glad it got fixed. It just took a bit longer than I expected, and I think clearer instructions upfront would’ve made the whole process easier.

Hometown Apparel has some decent stuff, and I’ll give them credit for making the basics easy to find. I saw shirts, hoodies, and a few different designs, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall.

That said, the selection felt limited in certain sections. Whoever runs this really needs to add more colors and styles, because a lot of it starts to feel like the same options over and over.

It’s fine if you’re just taking a quick look or need something simple, but I wasn’t exactly impressed. Decent site, just could be a lot better with more choices.

It was a bit tighter in the chest than I’d like and a little longer than I usually go for. I’m not annoyed enough to return it, but I’d probably size up if I ordered again. I’ll admit I’m kind of picky about T-shirts, but this one really disappointed me. The print was already starting to crack when it arrived, and the fabric felt way thinner than I expected. I washed it once, following the care instructions, and the seams started coming loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I was just trying to place a simple order, but the site wouldn’t let me check out at all. What should’ve taken a couple minutes ended up being way more stressful than expected, and I eventually gave up.

The shirt itself showed up fine, but the custom text was off-center even though I chose it to be centered. For what it cost, that was annoying. Not really what I expected...

I’ve washed this shirt quite a few times now, i’m relieved it’s still holding up. I’m always a little nervous about shirts stretching out, getting holes, or the print peeling after a few washes, but so far none of that has happened. The material still feels solid and the print looks fine. It was a bit stiff when I first got it, which is why I took off one star, but overall I’m happy with it.
